Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Urban Living. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies across various channels. This includes driving website traffic, improving brand awareness, and implementing effective lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including SEM, social media ads, and display ads.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media channels and develop engaging content to build brand awareness and attract new followers.
  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
