Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Founder's Office Intern to join Optimanage Software Pvt Ltd on a remote basis. This internship is ideal for freshers with 0-1 years of work experience who are looking to kickstart their careers in IT services and consulting. The candidate will work directly with the founder and management team, supporting administrative and strategic initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.
  • Understanding of administrative tasks and processes to assist with managing daily office operations efficiently.
  • Strategic thinking skills to contribute to the development and implementation of company initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce and manage documents and presentations.
  • Basic project management skills to oversee tasks and ensure timely completion of projects under supervision.
  • Data analytics capabilities to analyze information and assist in making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies relevant to the role.
