Making the Dealer Principal understand the significance of Human Capital in Dealership operations Implementing benchmark HR Practices at Dealerships Selection, Recruitment & on-boarding of quality Manpower at Dealerships Managing Attrition of quality manpower at Dealerships Making the Manpower productive as per business needs

Manpower recruited / on boarded at True Value Dealerships in a FY : 200 – 250 Nos Manpower Certified at True Value Dealerships in a FY : 150 – 200 Nos No of Trainings in a FY ; 80 – 100 Programs No of Training Man-days in a FY : 3000 + 

Educational Qualification:

MBA/PGDM with BE/BTech/B.Sc.
