What you will do

Develop key account aftermarket process to enable seamless support to the identified Key accounts.Develop internal escalation process for customer issues and machine uptime. Identify and develop Key account managers at Dealerships and participate in their competence development.Develop aftermarket business with key accounts.Organize and participate in structured meetings with Regional team and dealer key account managers to address open issues.Customer relationship management – Develop structured meetings and review process with the Key accounts.Identify and drive projects to promote parts and services sales.Monthly MIS of key account performance to the management
 

Qualification


• BE with relevant experience of 14 -16 Years in After Market
• Proven technical knowledge and hands on experience on construction equipment
• Market Knowledge
• Commercial & Product Technical knowledge
• Sensitive to dealers & customers expectations.
• Good business sense, good understanding of business process
• Communication and proven people skills
• Leadership Skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language & English
• Analytical approach to problem solving with strong attention to detail
 

What’s in it for you?

• Defining strategy and managing the Key account customer support activities for Region India
• Monitoring and developing the Key account Customer Support activities of the dealers
• Defining strategy and managing the Tender business for customer support activities for Region India
• Ensuring the necessary VCE routines are in place for timely problem resolution and reporting
• Promoting parts and services sales in India in coordination with respective functions.
• Monitoring customer support agreements across the key accounts.
• Developing of reporting systems on parts and services sales at the regular intervals
• Scan the markets to identify areas of growth, customer segments or product ideas and feeding these back to the Reporting manager.
• Support and give input to price positioning of competitive commodities.
• Actively plan for the required resources, tools and inventories.
• Managing the Key Account customer service support operations in India inaccordance with established company policies and within the approved operating budget.
• Visit dealers to understand and provide guidance to improve their support to the KEY ACCOUNTS. 
• Conducting quarterly regional reviews and feedback to peers on requiredperformance development points.
• Guiding and implementing best practices to regularly improve Key account support and Parts and services business.
