Job Overview

NoBroker.com is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Associate for a full-time position at our Bengaluru headquarters. This junior-level role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment. You will be part of a dynamic team, driving the growth of our company by sourcing and recruiting the best talent in the proptech industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques to identify and engage a diverse talent pool. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in candidate screening to ensure the selection of the most qualified individuals.
  • Familiarity with building and maintaining talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping management to find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Develop an understanding of client departments, working closely with them to source appropriate candidates.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/method to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Design and implement a recruitment strategy that aligns with our business goals and expansion plans.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Ensure candidate experience is positive and professional, reflecting the company's values and culture.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Maintain close communication with candidates and hiring managers to keep the recruitment process productive and transparent.
