The Agency Manager will beresponsible for managing a team of advisors and driving the growthand development of a variable agency model in the assigned regions.The role is critical in achieving revenue and renewal targets witha focus on building and scaling a highperforming salesteam.
KeyResponsibilities:
TeamManagement:
  • Handleand develop a team of advisors providing them with guidance supportand training to maximize theirperformance.
  • Foster a strong collaborative teamenvironment that motivates advisors to achieve theirtargets.

AgencyModelDevelopment
  • Drivethe implementation and growth of a strong variable agency modelwithin the assigned geography.
  • Ensure that theagency model is effective scalable and capable of deliveringsignificant toplinerevenue.
Revenue andRenewalAchievement:
  • Achievetopline revenue targets through the successful management of thevariable agency model.
  • Meet or exceed renewaltargets ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction andretention.
MarketKnowledge andStrategy:
  • Leverage astrong knowledge of the life insurance market and products to makeinformed decisions and solve problemseffectively.
  • Develop strategies that align withmarket trends and optimize the performance of the salesteam.

PreferredQualifications:
  • Experiencein building and scaling a sales team is highlypreferred.
  • Fluency in Kannada and English isrequired.
