We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in front end development and a strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, Next JS, HTML, and CSS. Know how in React Native and Vue JS are a plus. As a Lead Front End Developer, you will lead our mobile and front-end development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and performant applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of front-end and mobile developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Project Management: Oversee the front end and mobile development lifecycle, including planning, task allocation, and timeline management.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are cutting-edge.
  • Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Testing: Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability of the applications.
