What You'll Do: 
As a Senior Manager - Strategic Account Management, you will be part of high growth region’s growth strategy in IMEA. You would be responsible for detailing and executing strategies for the business lines (LLS) to achieve organizations strategic growth objectives working collaboratively with regional and global teams as well as with external stakeholders, not limited to customers and supplier partners. 


What We're Looking For (Responsibilities / Accountabilities):  

Detailing strategy to action plans in order to achieve objectives by collaborating with local and regional cross-functional teams 
•    Developing product plan
•    Align and drive product development with relevant functional team
•    Product testing and validation in partnership with target customers
•    Detailing target customer-product mapping for driving aspirational growth
•    Managing outreach in order to partner for business growth

 

Identifying opportunities for partnership in order to sell/ manufacture competitive products
•    Assessing new markets, products, or services that align with the company's strategic objectives. 
•    Support the evaluation of potential partnerships, acquisitions, or alliances.

 

Monitoring performance: 
•    Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of implemented strategies. 
•    Adjusting as necessary to ensure goals are met.
•    Analyze marketing performance metrics, collaborate and drive lead generation

 

Ensuring resourcing for driving growth 
•    Identify resourcing requirements including competency/ skill set; enable building of team 
•    Collaborate to build cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives. 
•    Providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure successful project completion

 

Providing strategic guidance: 
•    Advising senior management on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential risks
•    Updating leadership during reviews 
•    Providing strategic insights
•    Collaborating in 

 

Collaboration and communication: 
•    Collaborating with different departments and teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategies ` 
•    Cascade the strategic vision to all levels of the organization.
•    Build, lead and mentor, a team of marketers, sales professionals to drive customer success and growth of business. 
•    Change agent to drive strategic business growth.

 

Skills That Make a Difference:
•    Masters in business administration 
•    Experience in Chemical Specialty will be an added advantage
•    10-15 years work experience in relevant areas
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to provide Leadership to teams, and project manage. 
•    Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 
•    Proven track record in driving growth with strategic initiatives and managing complex projects.
•    Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with diverse functions and teams. 
•    Passionate and proactive: Driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
