We are seeking a highly skilledData Analyst with expertise in Tableau and Alteryx to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dataanalytics visualization and workflow automation. This role involvesworking closely with crossfunctional teams to transform data intoactionable insights and to streamline data processes enhancingbusiness decisionmakingcapabilities.

• DataAnalysis and Reporting: Gather analyze and interpretlarge datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that drivebusiness decisions.
  
• TableauVisualization: Design and develop interactive dashboardsand reports in Tableau that provide visual insights forstakeholders across different businessunits.
  
• Alteryx WorkflowAutomation: Create maintain and optimize Alteryxworkflows to automate data preparation blending and analysisprocesses.
  
• Data Quality andIntegrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of datathrough regular auditing and validation checks following bestpractices for datagovernance.
  
• Collaborationand Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with businessanalysts data engineers and other stakeholders to understand datarequirements and translate them into actionablesolutions.
  
• ContinuousImprovement: Identify opportunities to improve existinganalytics processes and tools promoting efficient and scalable datapractices.
  
• Documentation:Document processes workflows and data sources to ensuretransparency and reproducibility in analyticsefforts.
  

• 5to 10 years Experience at a Product Owner / Lead level for Tableauor other Analytical tools
  
• Ability toUnderstand Business Goals and create reports and Visualizationsthat help the business indecisionmaking
  
• Experience withContact Center and Customer Service Data andVisualization
  
• Atleast 5 yrs Handsonexperience with tableau
  
• Experienceusing ETL tools like Alteryx to setup and manage data pipelines forreporting
  
• Ability to Lead a team todevelop and present the BusinessInsights
