Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounting Sales Executive/Manager to join our team at Collar Search. As an Accounting Sales Executive/ Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in the accounting services sector and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the accounting services sector.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cold call and generate new business.
  • Experience in sales management and new business development.
  • Knowledge of US accounting sales is a must.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the accounting services sector.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales strategies and processes.
