They areresponsible for handling various HR functions and implementingpolicies and procedures to ensure efficient and effectivemanagement of the workforce.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Supporting thedevelopment and implementation of HR initiatives andsystems
  • Administering compensation and benefitplans
  • Assisting in talent acquisition andrecruitment processes
  • Conducting employeeonboarding and orientation
  • Assisting inperformance management processes
  • Maintainingemployee records and HRIS databases
  • Handlingemployee relations counseling and exitinterviews
  • Ensuring compliance with laborregulations and HR best practices
  • Assisting inthe development and implementation of HR policies andprocedures
  • Organizing and managing employeetraining and developmentprograms
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Prior experience in HR or relatedadministrative roles
  • Strong understanding oflabor laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
  • Proficient in HRISsoftware and MS Office
  • Experience in Educationfield.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information withdiscretion
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work effectivelyin a dynamic fastpaced environment
  • Strongattention to detail and accuracy
  • SHRMCP or PHRcertification is a plus
