Job Brief:

Job Title: HRBusiness Partner

Department: HumanResources

Reporting Structure: Reports to the HRDirector

Summary:

We arecurrently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner tojoin our team at ABC a leading company in the Automotive industry.The HR BP will play a key role in supporting the HR function anddriving HR initiatives to support the overall businessobjectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnerwith business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HRstrategies to support them
  • Provide guidance andsupport on HR policies procedures and bestpractices
  • Manage employee relations issues andprovide coaching to managers
  • Lead performancemanagement processes including goal setting performance reviews anddevelopment planning
  • Conduct training anddevelopment programs for employees andmanagers
  • Support recruitment and onboardingprocesses
  • Ensure compliance with employmentlaws andregulations

Qualifications:

  • Provenexperience as an HR Business Partner or similarrole
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices andemployment law
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strongrelationships with stakeholders at alllevels
  • Experience in the Automotive industry ispreferred
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent isdesirable

  • Strong organizational and time managementskills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite
