Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace.
Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times
Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
The Role:
The Contract Management Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the contract management process within the organization. This position involves assisting in the preparation, execution, and maintenance of records, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:
Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts resources, including tracking expiration dates and renewal & conversions.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with internal departments (eg , HRBP,legal, strategic outsourcing team) to gather necessary information for contract execution.
Support communication with external vendors and partners regarding contract inquiries.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Assist in ensuring that contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Identify and report any compliance issues or potential risks associated with contracts.
Support Audits and Reporting:
Assist in audits related to contracts and provide documentation as needed.
Training and Guidance:
Stay updated on best practices in contract management and relevant industry trends.
