  • Leadcustomer process workshops to gather and understandrequirements.
  • Prepare and deliver customerdemos to showcase ServiceNow ITSMcapabilities.
  • Lead the requirements gatheringprocess and translate them into technicalspecifications.
  • Design develop and deployServiceNow ITSM solutions including Incident Problem Change andService Request Management.
  • Configure andcustomize ServiceNow ITSM applications to meet businessneeds.
  • Develop workflows scripts andintegrations with other enterprisesystems.
  • Manage endtoend deployments ensuringsuccessful delivery and user adoption.
  • Conducttesting training and provide ongoing support for ITSMimplementations.
  • Ensure best practices andcompliance with ITILstandards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or relatedfield.
  • 6 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSMimplementation.
  • ServiceNow CertifiedImplementation Specialist ITSMcertification.
  • Strong understanding of ITILprocesses and practices.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
  • Strong business analyst skillsincluding workshop facilitation and requirementsmanagement.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
Must haveexperience:1. Endtoend Implementation experience inITSM.2. Minimum 5 to 7 Implementationproject experience.3. CAS Certified SystemAdministrator4. CIS ImplementationCertification ITSM5. We need a candidate whocan handle end to end offering tower for ITSM from duediligenceworkshops till Go live. All milestones.6.Basically we are looking for Tower Leads. Not ServiceNowdevelopers. Consulting Resources with strong technicalskills.
