We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator who has demonstrated working experience of employee compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions and promotion opportunities. Who can support & develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible to oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes. You will Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and other fringe benefits. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We are eager to find a human resources manager who connects easily with people and has a detail-oriented mindset for handling the dynamic nature of workforce.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Experienced in Payroll Administration, Benefits/Compensation Administration, Talent/Performance Management, Recruitment/Selection, Training & Development, HR Policy and Strategic Planning.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys.
  • Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building.
  • Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures.
  • Administered all company benefit programs for existing and new employees.
  • Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations etc.

Qualifications

  • HR + Finance is preferred.

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
  • IT Industry work experience in Human Resources, is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Certified.
  • Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law.
  • Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning.
