Requirements

Skills/ ProjectExperience:

  • 26years of practical experience in Trade Life Cycle and OrderManagement Systems.
  • Proficient infinancial instruments such as Equities Bonds Mutual Funds MBS andSwaps.
  • Skilled in repositorymanagement tools and familiar with Agile and Waterfallmethodologies and associatedtools.
  • Experienced in SQL withpractical knowledge of Oracle or SQLdatabases.
  • Capable of estimatingwork products accurately.
  • Stronginterpersonal and communicationabilities.
  • Adaptable and innovativeable to apply technical solutions and learnings across variousbusiness domains andindustries.
  • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice tools.
  • Deep understanding ofreconciliation and reporting with experience in businesstransitions and relevantdocumentation.
  • Competent in leadinga workstream to ensure effective projectdelivery.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Experiencein Shadow/NonCustody/External Reconciliation with both manual andautomated systems.
  • Skilled inposting transactions on accounting books for exception resolutionand setting up matching rules forreconciliation.
  • Familiar withapplications like AddVantage Trust Desk andIntellimatch.
  • Exposure to internaland external audits and a robust understanding of the Risk andControl framework.
  • Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledgeof containerization and container managementtools.
  • Understanding of code andapplication securitytools.
  • Experience with applicationperformance monitoring and log aggregationtools.
  • Familiarity with cloudplatforms.
  • Additional technicalskills as relevant.
  • Advancedcertifications in Investment/WealthManagement.

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from an accrediteduniversity.
