RequirementsWe want a smart product designer to create amazing user experiences.
As a UI- UX designer you will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities
● Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
● Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wire framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
● Design and deliver storyboards,user flows, user stories, user journeys, process flows and sitemaps optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces to effectively communicate. Interaction and design ideas.
● Collaborate with the product management, engineering, clients and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
● Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. Gather feedback from across teams as well.
● Present and explain design decisions and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.● Organize and refine our own resources, leaving projects better than when you found them.
● Supervise and take ownership of all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the engineering.Oversee builds, copy and communication with other teams to maintain a consistent, voice. 
● Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features● Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
● Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

 

Benefits Requirements
● Demonstrable UI-UX design skills with a strong portfolio.Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
● Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire framing tools.Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
● Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design; testing methodologies, subsystems, usability and accessibility; concerns.
● Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
● Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
● Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
● Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
● Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholder

Requirements
