Research Analyst

This is a remote position.
- Actively involved in completeresearch cycle starting from desk research at proposal stage tofinal delivery report for top med tech companies.
- Day today involvement with projects including questionnaire design anddiscussion guide design data analysis interpretation development ofrecommendations and working closely with the Project Manager todeliver the final outputs (in form of reports) to the endclient.
- Project Management including liaising withlocal and international partners to ensure smooth movement offieldwork.
- Communicate expectations and establishdeadlines with agreement from teammembers.
- Coordinate with Project Managers providedaily updates and consistently deliver as per set targets andtimelines for each project.
- Assisting Project Managers to ensure allprocedures and policies of the company are adheredto.
- Managemultiple projects all at different design/analysis stages.Proactively anticipate troubleshoot overcome and/or escalateproject challenges in a timelymanner.
- Coordinate with scripting and data processingteam to create online surveys and process the survey data as perproject and analysisrequirements.
- Manage execution of fieldwork with field workpartners ensuring maintenance of timelines high quality outputs andresolving any issues duringfieldwork.
- Follow through vendors progress and FWapproach throughout project to ensure successfuldelivery.
- Conduct due diligence on outputs provided byvendors to check for datasanctity.
Requirements
- Candidate must have 12 years of experience inpresenting research/insight back to a client (presentationsdiscussions etc.)
- Good understanding of market research withproven ability to execute both qualitative and quantitative marketresearch.
- Candidate should be well versed in proposalcreation questionnaire or discussion guide creation analysis planand report creation.
- Should know Primary quantitative researchquestionnaire designing and understanding of the industry or fieldyoure researching.
- Research analysts should have a combinationof technical skills critical thinking abilities and domainknowledge along with effective communication and collaborationskills.
Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience inpresenting research/insight back to a client (presentations,discussions, etc.) Good understanding of market research withproven ability to execute both qualitative and quantitative marketresearch. Candidate should be well versed in proposal creation,questionnaire or discussion guide creation, analysis plan, andreport creation. Should know Primary quantitative research,questionnaire designing, and understanding of the industry or fieldyou're researching.
