What You Bring Degree in Finance or similar and a genuine interest in the investment industry. 2-3 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success  Time management, project management and attention to detail are some of the skills required to be successful in this role  Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.  Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate yourself clearly and work well with others to resolve complex issues  Strong team player and committed to contributing and supporting a team of like-minded individuals who are driven and have high standards.  Possess a positive attitude and be an enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions. Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.  Previous experience working with Mercer, eVestment, Cambridge, Morningstar or Wilshire is an asset.
