Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesExperience in development of raw material for interior and exterior polymer parts2) Failure modes and root cause analysis of polymer parts using standard methodologies3) Materials, part, and vehicle manufacturing processes4) Value analysis and value engineering5) Product development knowledge6) Ability to use tools like DFMEA and DVP to develop polymeric parts and test methods for materials as well as parts7) Ability to select materials based on engineering requirements8) Ability to use statistical tools for arriving at material specifications9) Ability to use statistical tools for evaluating raw material suppliers and conducting audits10) Ability to independently develop and lead new material technologies including lightweight materials11) Knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing technologies for structural applications.12) Ability to leverage knowledge on polymeric part design to develop novel materials13) Ability to interpret mold flow analysis reports and solve polymer processing issues and related failures14) Ability to use CATIA, UGNX, and other software tools15) BenchmarkingGeneral RequirementsGood communication skills, Great attitude Good aptitude for automotive materials Be able to work in cross functional teams Customer oriented Self-motivated Take initiativesSelection of materialsMaterials, part, and vehicle manufacturing processesMaterial and component validationFailure analysisAdvanced composite materials technologyExperience10 to 12 YearsIndustry PreferredQualificationsB.
