As a Fintech Account Leader for AWS India, your responsibilities will include building and driving the strategy to increase adoption, and market penetration in large Fintech accounts to build long-term business and marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a business development/sales background that enables them to engage at all levels of a customer and partner organization, including C-levels of the business and Tech. He/she should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a coverage plan business objectives. This is a high visibility role needing to engage CXOs of Fintechs as well as leverage internal executives to drive transformational outcomes for large Fintechs in the long term.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with the C-levels of Business & IT for the given Accounts.
• Work closely with the Channels team to ensure that AWS India is the partner's preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines.
• Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
• Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
• Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc).
• Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction
A day in the life
Research on the FSI Fintech domain and preparation for the day’s customers meetings and calls. Collaborate with Cross functional teams on pitches and solution demos for,
Customer meeting(s) and customer cadence calls
Stakeholder mapping
Ensure high standards and maintain SFDC hygiene
Ensure timely communication with External and Internal stakeholders
About the team
This team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from enterprise-level FSI customers. The team interacts with leading FSI and Fintech companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•The right person will possess 12+ years of experience in account management experience in working with large Fintechs or FSI customers.• Consistently exceeded key performance metrics.
• A good knowledge of the domain is key to success.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level Senior executives across both business and IT
• Effective presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Technical competencies in the areas of cloud computing, IT infrastructure, banking application ISVs and enterprise software.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Ability to engage FSI executives across levels and navigate organizational processes to drive change
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably Engineer / MBA A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus• A good understanding of Fintech ecosystem and organizational structures of Large FS or Fintech is a plus
• Ability to orchestrate both internally and externally to drive large opportunities with patience & long term outlook
