Job Description: Java Lead (Healthcare)

Shift: General Shift (IST)
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with expertise in the healthcare domain, specifically with HL7 and FHIR standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices architecture and proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring MVC. This role is critical for ensuring seamless integration and high-performance healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and architecture of Java-based healthcare solutions.
Work extensively with HL7 and FHIR standards to ensure healthcare data interoperability.
Develop and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot. Design, develop, and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing Spring MVC applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and technical requirements.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the development team.
Ensure adherence to best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.

Competencies to be Evaluated: HL7 and FHIR standards experience.
Strong knowledge of Java, with 7+ years of hands-on experience.
Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks.
Expertise in designing and building microservices architecture. Knowledge of US healthcare industry standards.
Experience in leading development teams and handling complex projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills: Java (7+ years) Microservices Architecture Spring Boot Spring MVC HL7 FHIR US Healthcare Experience

Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of healthcare integration standards and frameworks.
Experience in managing healthcare data and security protocols.
Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services is a plus.
