Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial-minded Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our video content strategy and drive impactful, brand-aligned marketing initiatives across YouTube and social media platforms. This role is ideal for a visionary content creator with a deep understanding of producing engaging, viral video content tailored for both enterprise and SMB audiences. You will manage end-to-end video campaigns, collaborate with influencers, and align video content strategies with overall business goals to maximize engagement and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Content Strategy: Lead the full lifecycle of video content creation—from ideation to production and distribution—across YouTube and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing goals. Develop strategies leveraging the latest video trends and audience engagement practices.

  • Viral Video Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-impact, shareable video content that resonates with enterprise and SMB audiences and drives channel growth.

  • SEO & Optimization: Implement best practices for YouTube and social media SEO, including keyword research, thumbnail creation, metadata optimization, and effective use of tags and playlists to maximize video discoverability.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee content planning and posting schedules, ensuring consistent and engaging presence across all relevant social media platforms.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage internal teams and coordinate with external partners, such as studios, influencers, and agencies, to create top-tier video content. Foster effective coordination for seamless project execution.

  • Influencer & Collaborative Campaigns: Curate and lead influencer-driven video campaigns, building a robust network of collaborators to amplify brand reach and engagement.

  • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze performance metrics from YouTube and social media analytics tools to gauge the effectiveness of video content and refine strategies to enhance viewer retention, engagement, and channel growth.

  • Cross-Platform Content Integration: Create and manage diverse video formats, including live streams, webinars, and short-form content, to expand brand presence on YouTube and other video platforms.

  • Hands-On Production: Be skilled in both on-camera and behind-the-scenes production, handling technical aspects like shooting, editing, and post-production of video content.

  • Content Innovation: Utilize a deep understanding of video content virality to consistently produce engaging, trend-setting content.

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all video and social media initiatives are strategically aligned with the company’s broader marketing and business objectives, driving measurable results.

  • Entrepreneurial Leadership: Approach video projects with innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset. Lead initiatives that explore new growth and engagement avenues.



Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a video content creation or social media management role, preferably with experience managing a YouTube channel or social media strategy for a brand or agency.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in producing viral video content with tangible engagement and growth metrics.

  • Collaborative Network: A strong network of studios, influencers, and agencies for collaborative projects.

  • Multi-Format Expertise: Proficiency in producing diverse video formats, including live streams, webinars, and short-form content.

  • Social Media Proficiency: Active presence on YouTube and social media platforms, with a proven track record of amplifying video content across channels.

  • SEO & Analytics Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices for YouTube and social media, and the ability to analyze metrics for strategy refinement.

  • Technical Production Skills: Hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, and production.

  • Leadership & Teamwork: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate effectively.
