LLM Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated LLM Trainer to help develop and refine our state-of-the-art language learning models (LLMs). This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those eager to advance their skills and collaborate with a team of experts in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Production: Engage in the complete data production process, including writing, editing, and conducting quality checks to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
  
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends and user needs, informing the development and optimization of LLMs.
  
• Machine Learning & Creativity: Gain valuable insights into the interaction between machine learning and human creativity, influencing the development of advanced LLMs.
  
• Specialized Knowledge: Develop expertise in specific content areas and data formats crucial for achieving project goals.
  
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of LLM models, methodologies, and applications for knowledge sharing and reference purposes.
  

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Experience: At least 0-1 year of relevant experience as an LLM Trainer
  
• Technical Skills:. Familiarity with Excel for data analysis and reporting is also required.
  
• Market Research Skills: Proven experience in conducting market research and analysing industry trends to inform model development.
  
• Desirable Experience: Previous experience as an annotator for established AI/LLM companies is a significant advantage.
  
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Multilingual candidates will be given priority.
