PositionSummary: Responsible for tohandle end to end warehouse and stockyard operationsindependently. Manage all end to end storesoperations outbound operations with respect to locator location& customer target. Responsible formanaging or releasing MIS report to customers Also ready to leadthe digitalization project at locationlevels. Close review with team with place ofproper s tracking checker maker process establishment Analysis onfailure with step 3 & step 6documentations Responsible for inventorymanagement Inventory analysis Cycle count (Perpetual inventory)Planning excavations & analysis with properreconciliations. Responsible for all typesof documents I.e. PCS GRN invoicing .Responsible for all types of system reports Customers reports& review of team members. Capable tohandle customers end able to work in their premises with crossfunction department (MFG QA PPC SCPC HRAccount). Able to monitor customer processin well manner i.e. Mahindra 21 point agenda TPM auditIMS. Transit damage & handlingdamage consignment & capturing & Proper closing ontime Data to be captured & report publish toconcern. New Part / Non location receiptmonitoring & FIFO Day stickers to consignments &Shelf life monitoring Submit the kaizen /month Safety near miss UA/UC incident report monitoring &coordination with team for on time submit .Review with receipt team for Dock utilization Under inspectionparts on time clearance & shift to location. Audit & Corporate with LIFEinitiatives. 3PL manpower availability asper the requirement / Skill manpower absent /Pull manpower properdeployment. Ability & ready to leadannul inventory at plant level with plan for counting Primarytagging Reconciliations locator mapping generation of BARCODE Tagentry in system & final analysis on audit inventory withsubmission of report. Monitoring of morningcritical shortages as per line requirement.Warehouse critical materials monitoring to avoid the linestoppages. Coordination with MLL team& BA for Morning meeting Daily safety agenda &morning shortages. Coordination with PDIteam for export models offline fitmentmaterials. Coordination with concern teamfor trolleys maintenance /modification base onrequirement. Training to team for Operationchallenges & improvement. Bom error/ ER implementation monitoring with CFT team & closing withCPE team. Primary tagging /final taggingproper monitoring. Leading 20 on roleofficers 130 CELL Members with end to end operation from PCS todispatch.
CriticalCompetencies: Having minimumexperience of 8 years. Good in timemanagement Team management Analytical skills patience &Able to handle 150 blue collars & 20 Directrepartees. Good communication andinterpersonal skills Hand on SAP system MMmodule Harmony ECCProduction.
