Good communication skills Planning and Delivering STEM &ROBOTICS curriculum at schools. Adopting a data-driven attitudetowards measuring learner progress. Attending to individual studentneeds and provide additional learning support when needed.Demonstrating various STEM products at schools and creatingawareness of STEM within the students of different backgrounds andcultures. Communicating regularly with parents and authorities andother stakeholders when needed. Monitoring student growth toidentify strengths and areas for improvement. Using learner data toconstantly refine the existing curriculum. Assessing variousstakeholders feedback and developing an action plan to improviseimplementation process, Passionate about teaching and educatingstudents and teachers, must have patience and the right attitude indealing with students and aspirants. Job Requirements: B.E./B.Tech/ BCA/ B.Sc. + M.Sc./ MTech./ MCA - Computer Science andInformation Technology or a graduate degree (any) with science as asubject till 12th or Diploma in Engineering with a goodunderstanding of IT technology and terminology. A minimum 0-3years' experience in educational technology/ Publishing/ AcademicIndustry. strong connection in schools would be given additionalpreference. Young, dynamic within age group: 22-28 years.
