About the Role:
As the Associate - Business Development & Partnership, based in our Mumbai office, you will play a critical role in expanding IIDEs reach by building partnerships and organizing impactful events within educational institutions. You will oversee seminars, workshops, and sponsorship collaborations, facilitating IIDE's growth in universities and colleges across Mumbai. In this position, you'll manage on-ground events and drive lead generation efforts by connecting with students and educators.


What Youll Do:

Event Coordination:

  • Organize and manage seminars, workshops, and events across universities and colleges in Mumbai.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events and timely follow-up with generated leads.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with college administrators, professors, and students.
  • Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to secure beneficial collaborations.

Lead Generation and Promotion:

  • Promote IIDE’s courses at events, boosting student interest and engagement.
  • Gather student data at events, maintaining records for efficient follow-up and lead generation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline event planning and execution.
  • Support IIDE's presence in educational institutions, aligning activities with partnership goals.


Requirements

Who You Are:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively.

Should Have:

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and eagerness to learn more.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in event management or partnership coordination.
  • Proficiency in Excel and database management skills.
