Your mission, roles and responsibilities

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a seasoned Stamping Specialist with 10-15 years of experience in sheet metal stamping. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in process finalization, stamping simulations , and cost optimization.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Sheet metal parts process finalization

2. Stamping simulations (incremental, multistage)

3. Hands-on experience with VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering)

4. Zero-base costing for sheet metal parts and toolings

5. Effective negotiation skills

6. Excellent communication skills

7. Ability to work collaboratively with global teams (added advantage)

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/Production engineering

- 10-15 years of experience in sheet metal stamping

- Proven expertise in stamping process optimization and cost reduction

- Proficiency in using Forming Suite software.

- Tool Design validation & Optimization of Tooling

- Process & Part cost validation, optimization & Cost reduction

- Proficiency in using Forming Suite software.
