We are seeking a skilled and dedicatedTechnical Account Manager to join ourteam. In this role you will be responsible for managing andsupporting our clients ensuring they receive exceptional serviceand technical solutions. You will work closely with engineering andproduct teams to resolve technical issues and provideinsights.
What you get to do::
- Serve as the primary technical pointof contact for clients addressing their needs and resolvingissues.
- Maintain a deep technical understandingof payment domains including expertise inISO8583.
- Utilize knowledge of web technologiesREST APIs authentication authorization and SQL scripting to supportclients.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshootingskills and the ability to drive technicaldiscussions.
- Provide technical suggestions andcollaborate with engineering and product teams to implementsolutions.
- Possess a basic understanding ofprogramming languages and analyze application error logs exceptionsand stack traces.
- Manage and escalate issues asnecessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Developand maintain strong relationships with clients to understand theirbusiness needs andobjectives.
