We are looking for a seasoned Legal Head to lead our legal and company secretarial functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, compliance, governance, and secretarial practices, with mandatory qualifications in Company Secretary (CS) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB). This role demands a unique blend of legal expertise and corporate governance, ensuring that the company operates within the legal framework while maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Legal Advisory & Strategy:
- Develop and implement the company’s legal strategy, ensuring robust legal support across all business units.
- Provide legal counsel to the Board of Directors, senior management, and other stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues.
- Anticipate legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Corporate Secretarial Functions:
- Oversee all company secretarial functions, including compliance with the Companies Act, board meetings, and shareholder communications.
- Maintain and manage statutory records, filings, and registers in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities, including annual returns, financial statements, and board resolutions.

- Ensure that the company adheres to all legal and regulatory obligations, including corporate governance standards.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
