Job Description
We are looking for Business Analyst who can do in-depth analysis of our Nuclear business and present opportunities to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

a Responsible for monitoring the overall performance of Global Nuclear AFM business and working with stakeholders across 3 regions for growing the business

b. Conduct monthly Global AFM meetings with Regional Nuclear AFM sales teams to ensure bookings are

achieved as committed in OxF. c. Share upgrade success stories, best practices to replicate success

d. Monitor Nuclear plant coverage and it's effectiveness

e Identify dormant plants/Nuclear plants with lower bookings vs install base and work with Regional

Sales team for spare parts list submission.. 1. Monitor asset validation in Salesforce and ensure all IMI assets are physically validated by sales team,

Breakthrough engineering for a better world

g. Report to leadership tearn on the performance of Nuclear business bookings against forecast, highlighting successes, areas for improvement and future sales opportunities.

Critical Competencies for Success

a. Master's Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E). b. Working experience in sales/business analyst in Manufacturing/Power/O&G/Nuclear industry. Experience as a Business Analyst in Power. OBG. Nuclear industry is preferred.

c Knowledge in usage of Power-Bi and dashboard creation

d. Data analytics-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover insights from data. e. Ability to identify key business questions and translate them into data-driven solutions

f. Preferred Experience Overall 4-6 years with 2-3years of experience as Sales/Business analyst

g. Fluency in communicating in English language as the role will require communicating with Global AFM leaders

h. Must have proficient in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 1. Work location-Chennai.

Requirements
