  • Gatherand define business requirements translating them into datadriveninsights and recommendations to improve operationalefficiency.
  • Participatein the design and implementation of database structures analyticssoftware and storage and processing solutions as part of grouptechnologyinitiatives.
  • Developcustom reports and conduct ad hoc analyses to provide insights andmentor less experiencedstaff.
  • Ensurecompliance with relevant data governance and risk managementpolicies andregulations.
  • Contributeto companywide initiatives aimed at achieving strategic goals suchas risk management and capitalobjectives.
  • Collaboratewith senior consultants and other business and technology teams toachieve projectobjectives.

Requirements
  • StrongSQL experience along with proficiency in AdvancedExcel.
  • Expertisein BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for datavisualization.
  • Solidnumerical aptitude and handson dashboarding and business analyticsexperience.
  • Abilityto quickly adapt and work independently with minimal guidance whilecollaborating effectively with CXOlevelstakeholders.
  • Stronggrasp of statistical analysistechniques.
  • Exceptionalanalytical problemsolving and troubleshootingskills.
  • Preferablyexperienced in the ecommerce or retaildomain

Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role. Strongknowledge of data analysis, statistics, and machine learning.Proficiency in data science tools and programming languages such asPython, R, Azure Data-bricks, SQL, etc. Familiarity with:Supervised and unsupervised learning techniques Deep learning andreinforcement learning Evaluation metrics, feature engineering,model selection and validation, ensemble methods, and explainableAI Category/Product Analytics,Store Analytics,Marketing andPromotion Analytics,Customer Analytics Expertise in visualizationtools such as Power BI, Spot fire, or similar. Excellentstorytelling skills to explain complex data tonon-technical/business teams Experience in analytics, preferablywithin Retail, CPG, or E-commerce domains. Excellent communicationand collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in ateam environment.
