Purpose of the job

The Performance Manager HRSS is the interface between the internal customers, responsible for the translation of business priorities into the services that GES HRSS offers. He/she also initiates new services and optimizes current services to achieve higher efficiency, optimize costs. Identifying opportunities for GES HRSS, and implementing and coordinating projects, continuous improvements, process and tool changes, service changes, service transitions and life cycle management changes are essential elements of the position.

The Performance Manager is a Subject Matter Expert of a functional area (Service Delivery Unit) in GES, and as such, a trusted advisor of the SDU leads and Transformation Managers when it comes to automation and improvements. With the support of data analytics, reports and dashboards, the Process Performance Manager is able to identify inefficiencies and deviations from the standard processes, and suggest improvements to KPIs in the processes and tools used.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and examine trends in process performance with the help of a data analytics and process mining tool, and report process performance issues and improvements appropriately Combine available information from process mining and data mining and identify opportunities for process automation and process improvements Reduce variations in the process by analyzing deviations from the standard process and enforcing the adherence to the standard process via strong collaboration with the HRSS SDU Lead, and peer Performance Managers Provide process expertise in global projects Develop and maintain the KPI framework within GES HRSS Review the impact and risks of needed and proposed changes of GES HRSS processes and tooling, and involve other departments if needed Be the focal point for questions related to processes and tools within HRSS, and provide support whenever needed Ensure business requirements are being met from an end-to-end perspective Challenge local processes and guide the change towards a global standardized way of working Follow relevant external developments, maintain state-of-the-art knowledge and capabilities, and make them available to relevant stakeholders Conduct external peer reviews and benchmarking studies Collaborate with the various stakeholders to understand the GES dynamics and requirements for the future

You Bring

Excellent network builder in multi-national business organization.Approx. 5-10 years overall work experience, preferably in Shared Services environment Minimum of 3 years of experience working in large global ICT or Shared Services environments. Very good understanding of data analytics, dashboards building, automation, and process performance management.Understanding methodologies of gathering requirements, modelling business process flows, and testing Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with all levels in the organization Good influencing and negotiation skills, confident in dealing with conflicting interests of various stakeholders, can influence without authority Able to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, departments and countries, working in a global organization.Project management affinity.Knowledge of PowerBI is mandate, while SQL/Python would be an added advantage
