  • Createand implement BI software and systems including integration withdatabases and data warehousing.
  • Developdashboards reports and visualizations to present complex data in anunderstandable and actionable format.
  • Build andmaintain data models to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of thedata. Manage database performance security andintegrity.
  • Oversee data extractiontransformation and loading from various sources into a usable formfor business analysis.
  • Work closely withstakeholders to understand their data needs and translate businessrequirements into technical solutions.
  • Provideongoing support and training to users on BI tools and dataanalytics.
  • Perform regular maintenance andupdates to existing BI solutions to enhance functionality andincorporate new data sources or analyticscapabilities.
  • Ensure the accuracy completenessand reliability of the data used for analysis. Implement datagovernance policies and practices.
  • Stay aheadof the latest trends and technologies in BI data analytics anddata visualization to improve our BI capabilitiescontinuously.
Requirements:Proven experience as a BI Developer or DataScientist.Must have the extensive knowledge of OLAP / OLTP andSSAS serverices. Strongknowledge of BI tools and software such as Power BI Tableau Qliketc. Expertise indatabase management and data modeling with a strong command ofSQL. Experiencewith ETL tools andprocesses.Excellent analytical and problemsolvingskills. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills to interact with teammembers andstakeholders.Ability to translate business requirements into nontechnicalterms. Familiaritywith data warehousing concepts and bestpractices.Soft Skills: Team work andcollaboration with internal / externalteams Effectivecommunication skills (listening expressingwriting) Need aperson who is a very good team player good at analyzingproblemsolving Debugging skills and TechnicalSupport. Criticalthinking attention to detail (keen eye for identifying andresolving defects)Creativity and problemsolving.Collaborate within and crossteams.Participateeffectively on other development activities like code reviewsautomation unit testingetc.
