Role/Job Title: Product Manager - Savings Account (Process & Compliance - Savings)
Function/Department: Retail Liabilities
Job purpose:
Responsible for defining product strategies to maximize business impact, maintaining long-term strategies with periodic updates, ensuring adoption across stakeholders, and program managing the product lifecycle with upgrades as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Process Improvements & Digitization:
Developing new processes/enhancing the existing process to address the loopholes and strengthen the existing processes. Streamlining process / compliance by addressing bottlenecks and automation wherever possible. Ensuring timely and accurate execution of regulatory campaigns. Working in coordination with all stake holders for digitalizing the process & optimizing customer journey. Working on improving the existing processes & systems/applications.Managing Internal and External Audits :
Handling Audit queries and ensuring timely revert to the Points raised by Audit team. Coordinating with various teams, getting a final response, and ensuring timely closure of Audit points. Ensuring compliance of all the RBI circularsRBI Reporting & MIS:
Timely responses to RBI / various regulatory entities & managing monthly / quarterly reporting. Review of process performance trends / number trends to be submitted to management / regulators and highlighting areas of concerns for corrective actionsBranch support:
Addressing the branch queries regarding processes & providing timely solution by coordinating with various teams/departmentsCustomer communication:
Working with Marketing team to ensure customer communication for campaign is correct. Providing suitable logics / workflows /content to IT team for maintenance and new development of processes / campaignsStakeholder Management:
Coordination with various stakeholders like, Compliance, Audit, Risk, Legal, Ops, IT etc. for timely closure of actionable.Policy and Regulations:
Understanding Bank's policy and regulatory guidelines. Complying with Audit/Risk observation if any. Ensuring timely response to queries/ data requirements asked by RBI. Ensuring all risk related points are closed well within time.Education:
Graduation: Any
Experience:
5-10 years of relevant banking experience.
