Aboutthe Role:
As theTraining and Placement Trainee at Andheri Mumbai you will play acrucial role in assisting with student progress monitoring careerdevelopment and connecting students with suitable jobopportunities. This role is essential for enhancing studentemployability and ensuring the smooth execution of placementactivities and events helping bridge the gap between students andtheindustry.

WhatYoullDo:

  1. StudentProgressMonitoring:

    • Monitorand assess the academic and career development ofstudents.
    • Provide regular feedbackto students to improve theiremployability.

  2. CareerDevelopmentAssistance:

    • Assiststudents with resume building interview preparation and job searchstrategies.
    • Offer guidance to helpstudents achieve their career aspirations and secure employmentopportunities.

  3. JobRoleAlignment:

    • Workwith students to identify their strengths and areas ofinterest.
    • Match students withappropriate job roles and career opportunities based on theirskills andaspirations.

  4. Collaboration& EventsManagement:

    • Collaborateeffectively with students recruiters and crossfunctional teams toensure seamless execution of placementactivities.
    • Organize workshopsmasterclasses placement drives and networking sessions to connectstudents with industry professionals and enhance their jobprospects.

AdditionalDuties:
Perform anyother reasonable tasks as requested by management in line with theoverall responsibilities of theposition.

  • Proficiency in GoogleWorkspace (Sheets Docs Slidesetc.).

ShouldHave:

  • Passion formentoring and guiding students in their careerdevelopment.
  • Prior experience incareer counseling training or placementservices.

Nice toHave:

  • Basicknowledge of digital marketingconcepts.

EducationalBackground:

  • Abachelor s degree in anyfield.

LocationPreference:

  • Candidatesresiding in Mumbai will be givenpreference.
