  • Responsible and accountable for thecorrect prompt and efficient handling and delivery of all guestmessages and other items to guest rooms.
  • Ensurethat all guest queries inquiries and requests are attended to in ahelpful professional yet warm and friendlymanner.
  • Possess knowledge of the Fire andEmergency procedures of the hotel.
  • Responsibleand accountable for the loading and unloading of guest luggage fromguest cars.
  • Accept and monitor luggage forsafekeeping or storage in the office according to establishedprocedures.
  • Responsible for transferringluggage to and from guests rooms parking area and assisting guestsas necessary in a friendly professional and efficientmanner.
  • Ensure to convey a sense of the guestsimportance and project a professional environment which reflectsNovotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach commitment to customerservice.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma inTourism / Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 1 yearof relevant experience
  • Excellent readingwriting and oral proficiency in Englishlanguage
  • Ability to speak other languages andbasic understanding of local languages will be anadvantage
  • Good communication and customercontact skills
  • Service oriented with an eye fordetails
  • Ability to work effectively andcontribute in a team
  • Selfmotivated andenergetic
  • Must be wellpresented andprofessionally groomed at alltimes
