Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Square and Angle. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base in the interior design/real estate industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales and marketing, and a proven track record in business development.

Position - Business Development Manager
location - Kolkata(Shyam Bajar)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the interior design industry.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design, marketing, and project management teams to ensure seamless project handovers and delivery.
• Lead Generation: Employ effective strategies to generate quality leads within the interior design market, identifying potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
• Follow-up on Leads: Proactively follow up on generated leads, engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our services.
• Client Confirmation: Obtain client confirmation on design concepts and quotes, ensuring a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.
• Sales Execution: Plan, propose, and execute the expansion of sales by identifying key areas for growth and implementing targeted sales strategies.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and
new clients.
• Site Execution Oversight: Supervise and ensure the successful execution of projects on-site, collaborating closely with the project management and design teams.
• On-Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits as required to assess project progress, address client concerns, and ensure the seamless implementation of design solutions.

Skills and Expertise:
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to
align strategies with organizational goals.
• Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in B2B sales and negotiation, with a focus
on solution-based selling.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
and internal teams.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the interior design industry, including
key players, trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative approaches
to business development.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and
priorities simultaneously.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges
and seize opportunities

RequirementsMinimum 1 years experience in Interior sales, Interior designing marketing, business development.
