What you'll do?

TLDR; Manage all events happenings across India for GrowthX

Think Marketing Head of Aditya Birla Insurance, Strategy Head for EpiFi, Gm Growth for PayTM, Forbes 30 under 30 and founders of startups like FabHotels and Kaagaz. Our events are an experience. An experience which delivers friendships and knowledge sharing.

As the Event Specialist, you will be responsible for creating brag-worthy experiences for our community  members.

You will oversee the entire event lifecycle, from ideation and audience curation to budgeting, planning, vendor management, merchandising, and ensuring the smooth conduct of events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Management and Execution:
    - Lead the planning, organization, and execution of in-person events across 6+ major Indian cities.
    - Develop and implement strategies to ensure events are memorable and impactful for community members.

2. Vendor Management:
    - Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors to ensure high-quality services and experience are delivered within budget and on time.

3. Budget Management:
    - Plan and allocate event budgets meticulously to maximize impact and value.
    - Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance.

4. Create & Scale our offline assets:
    - Create new event IPs
    - Develop and execute plans & strategies to scale our event IPs & build brag worthy experiences within the community.

5. Documentation:
    - Provide updates and insights to the founders & team regarding event strategies, execution, and outcomes.
    - Have documentation present for strategies & event execution.
    - Utilize tools such as Hubspot and Mailerlite for reporting and data management.

You'd be a great fit if you
- Have prior experience of building events from 0-1
- Understand the nuances of audience curation, budgeting, planning, vendor management, merchandising etc.
- Creative thinker with a passion for creating unique and memorable event experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Can use tools like HubSpot, Clevertap or any marketing automation tools.
- Understand the power of quality over quantity in events.

This role will report directly to the CEO of the company.
