JobSummary:

The Accounts Assistant will play a keyrole in managing daytoday financial transactionsprofessional

with experience in handlingaccounts reconciliations and financial records. The selectedcandidate

will work closely with the financeteam to support overall financial accuracy and complianceand

ensuring accuracy in financialdocumentation. This position is ideal for a detailorientedaccounting.

KeyResponsibilities:

Transaction Processing andRecordKeeping:

o Process daily financialtransactions including accounts payable and receivableand

maintain accurate records in the accountingsystem.

o Ensure timely recording andreconciliation of payments receipts and expenses.

Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting:

o Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in thepreparation of financial

statements.

o Generate regular reports on accounts expenditures andoutstanding payments.

Invoicing and ClientCommunication:

o Prepare and issue invoices toclients ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm

guidelines.

o Communicate with clientsregarding outstanding payments payment plans and

account queries.

Assistance withBudgeting and Audits:

o Support the finance teamin budget preparation and financial forecasting.

o Assist in internal and external audits by providingnecessary financial information

anddocumentation.

Compliance and DocumentationManagement:

o Ensure compliance with financialregulations and internal policies.

Ascendhub ConsultingServices

o Maintainorganized financial records and documentation for easy retrievaland audit

purposes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in CommerceAccounting or related field.

Experience: 24years of experience in accounting finance or relatedfield.

Skills Required:

oProficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks) and MSOffice especially

Excel.

oStrong attention to detail and accuracy in financialdocumentation.
