Role andResponsibilities:
  • ClaimsProcessing: Efficiently handle and process claimsrelated to Fire Engineering and Marine insurance ensuring adherenceto company policies andprocedures.
  • Documentation andReporting: Accurately maintain claims MIS andprepare detailed reports using Excel Outlook and PowerPoint. Ensureall documentation is uptodate and easily accessible for auditingand review purposes.
  • ClientCommunication: Proactively follow up with surveyorsclients and insurance companies to facilitate timely claimssettlements. Provide clear and concise communication to allstakeholders addressing any concerns or queriespromptly.
  • Independence:Capably manage claims independently under the guidance of seniorteam members demonstrating the ability to make informed decisionsand take ownership of assignedtasks.

Requirements:
  • Experience:25 years of experience in handling Fire Engineering and Marineclaims. Freshers are also considered for entrylevel claims handlingroles.
  • TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in Excel Outlook and PowerPointis essential for preparing reports managing data and communicatingeffectively.
  • CommunicationSkills: Strong verbal and written communicationskills are crucial for interacting with clients surveyors andinsurance companies.
  • PreferredQualifications: Graduates in any stream with IIIqualifications are preferred. Candidates should have a keen eye fordetail and the ability to work underpressure.
