We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager – Finance Operations

Principal responsibilities

Service Delivery Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual B/S (Balance Sheet ) , P/L ( Profit and Loss ) Schedules and consolidated final accounts as per IFRS Analytical skills to perform variance analysis and other investigation Produce and analyze ad hoc management information requests Preparation and review of various pre and post close journals Strong technical knowledge of Accounting and reporting principles. Functional experience in accounting for all balance sheet / income statement heads Collaborate extensively with the external auditors during preliminary and yearend audit processes Ability to meet KPI timelines including under stringent time lines and high pressure situations, at the same time maintaining a high degree of accuracy Requirements

Requirements :

Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant/Post graduate or MBA with post qualification experience of 4-8 years in Finance and Accounting, or BCom /M Com/ CA(Inter)/ CWA (Inter): 7-10 year of relevant experience. Prior experience in Financial Reporting and strong knowledge IFRS Good analytical skills, an eye for detail and a drive for quality, statistical skills to study trends, understand and to interpret numeric information Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, MS Access) and Saracen. Good communication skills for ensuring smooth day to day interaction with In-Country teams and ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people including Business partners Self-driven, with the ability to support new team members & work within a team Should be open to shifts and willing to work overtime as per the process requirements.
