Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Resident (MD Medicine) to join our hospital.

This role involves independent management of medical cases, comprehensive patient care, and IPD responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in internal medicine and be prepared to handle emergencies as required.

Duty Hours: 8 hours/day (9 AM - 5 PM).

Emergency Availability: 24/7 readiness to handle critical cases.

Day Off: Sundays (with rounds for ICU patients, if required).

Salary & Benefits: ₹1.25–1.75 Lakhs/Month (Negotiable)



Requirements

Educational Qualification:

  • MD in Medicine from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

Skills:

  • Comprehensive patient management abilities.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Availability:

  • Ready to work 9 AM to 5 PM as regular duty hours.
  • Availability 24/7 for emergencies.

Residency Preference:

  • Candidates residing nearby are preferred for ease of accessibility.

Other Attributes:

  • Willingness to take rounds for ICU patients on Sundays, if necessary.
  • Ability to manage and admit IPD patients under their care.
  • Prepared to handle the start-up and independent functioning of MD Medicine work within the hospital.
