Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team at NoBroker.com. This is an entry-level, full-time position based in Bengaluru, ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to support our rapidly growing team of over 5000 employees. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent recruitment and sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and engage potential candidates through innovative channels.
- Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Proficiency in candidate screening, ensuring only the most suitable candidates are progressed through the recruitment process.
- Capability in talent pipelining to maintain a robust pool of prospective candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires into the organization.
- Understanding of HR compliance to ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and organizational standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with candidates at various stages of recruitment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent by leveraging various recruiting channels and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough and engaging interviews to identify candidates whose skills and values align with NoBroker.com's organizational goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates for further interviews and assessments.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on all recruitment activities to facilitate data-driven staffing decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Support HR projects and initiatives that contribute to NoBroker.com's strategic goals and enhance the employee experience.
