Job Overview

Vilvah Store Private Limited is seeking a responsible and experienced Personal Driver to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring proficiency in driving and vehicle maintenance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, possess strong automotive skills, and demonstrate exceptional employee loyalty and preventive maintenance capabilities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a personal or commercial driver with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent knowledge of driving regulations and road safety procedures.
  • Proficient in operating both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Strong skills in automotive maintenance and preventive care for vehicles.
  • Ability to perform regular vehicle checks and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • High level of employee loyalty and discretion while transporting company personnel or goods.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to manage schedules and routes effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with company staff and clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Safely transport company personnel and guests to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the assigned vehicle through regular checks and minor repairs.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for transportation, considering traffic and road conditions.
  • Ensure the vehicle is fueled, serviced, and ready for each trip, adhering to all maintenance schedules.
  • Assist company personnel with loading and unloading items as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel logs, fuel consumption, and any incidents or repairs.
  • Adhere to all local and national driving laws and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being polite, punctual, and professional at all times.
