Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as media outlets, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1.5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
