Job Overview

We are seeking a CRM Real Estate Post Sales professional to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience in the field. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in real estate and post-sales support to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills

  • Real Estate Industry Knowledge (Mandatory skill) with a deep understanding of market trends, practices, and client expectations.
  • Post Sales Support (Mandatory skill) experience in managing customer follow-ups, issue resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction post-transaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and maintain clear channels with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to quickly identify issues, propose solutions, and implement resolutions efficiently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, client communications, and transaction processing.
  • Negotiation skills to effectively mediate and resolve client concerns while maintaining positive business relationships.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sales client interactions, resolve issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction in the real estate sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Enhance client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions and support.
  • Execute and oversee client follow-ups, issue resolution, and service satisfaction inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality service to clients.
  • Analyze client feedback and provide actionable insights to enhance service delivery and client relations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients based on their needs and satisfaction level.
