Job Description

Job Description of  SR Devops Engineer.

1) Hands-on good experience in DevOps tools.

2) Sound understanding of OS (Linux,CentOs, Windows) OS hardening and patching

3) Experience designing and building environments on AWS, which includes working with services like VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, Cloud watch, Lambda, Stepfunctions and S3

4) At least two-year exp in microservices using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), ECS, Ingress controller, and API gateway

5) Having the working knowledge in Istio service mesh

6) Well-versed with at least two scripting languages - Shell and python/Ruby

7)  Experience in Build, and Release Management (CICD) using GIT / Bitbucket, Jenkins, CodePipeline, Circle-Ci, Argocd

8) Having the working knowledge of Prometheus & Grafana and EFK/ELK.

9) Automate infrastructure in AWS with Terraform is mandatory

10) Experience in EKS and ECS Fargate

11) Good knowledge Kong gateway and Consul

12) Experience in building custom Grafana dashboards and ELK dashboards

13) Experience in one of the configuration management tools like Ansible, chef, puppet etc is a plus.

Requirements
Need Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, key account management, cloud computing background. Non-IT sales or IT channels/alliances traction will not be accepted. Persons with govt/PSU sales experience can be considered. 5-10 years exp in direct IT product or services sales. Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams. Must have experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experience in AWS Cloud services. Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speaking binary [precise, concise choice of words] and work in uncertain business environment. Leadership is a behaviour and not a formal role in this JD. Represent the core five values of Rapyder and imbibe the same in daily behaviour. Remote working. Excellent written and spoken English. Business communication is vital and we cannot conduct training on this. Accurate, nuanced, direct, and kind messaging. Being able to work independently, build relationships and respond quickly.
