1)Role - E-commerce executive
Responsibility -
1. Developing and implementing eCommerce strategies: Create and execute plans to drive online sales, improve customer experience, and meet business objectives.
2. Managing online platforms: Oversee the company's eCommerce website, online marketplaces, and other digital sales channels. Ensure accurate product listings, compelling content, and a user-friendly interface.
3. Coordinating with vendors and suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory levels to ensure timely product availability.
4. Analyzing performance metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention. Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize eCommerce performance.
5. Digital marketing and promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
6. Customer relationship management: Ensure excellent customer service throughout the eCommerce journey, including order processing, shipping, returns, and inquiries. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Monitoring industry trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the eCommerce industry. Identify emerging opportunities and recommend innovative strategies to stay competitive.
8. Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Coordinate with various departments such as marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service to align eCommerce strategies and ensure seamless operations.
9. Budget management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to support eCommerce initiatives and achieve financial goals.
10. Reporting and analysis: Generate regular reports on eCommerce performance, present findings to management, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
11. Keeping up with compliance and security: Stay informed about data privacy regulations, security measures, and legal requirements related to eCommerce operations. Ensure compliance and implement appropriate security protocols.
12. Continuous learning and professional development: Proactively seek opportunities for self-improvement, stay updated on industry trends, attend relevant conferences or training sessions, and share knowledge with the team.
