Job Overview
Rashmi Engicon Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and motivated individual for the role of Human Resources at our Ahmedabad location. This is a full-time position at entry-level, perfect for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will support HR activities with a focus on employee engagement and management, playing a crucial role in HR processes and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have expertise in recruitment to effectively identify, screen, and onboard the best talent to meet company staffing needs (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in fostering and maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring a supportive work environment (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in HRIS Management for efficiently handling employee data and HR operations (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to implement performance management systems to monitor employee contributions and growth.
- Familiarity with training and development processes to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Understanding of compensation and benefits to manage payroll and other related activities effectively.
- Knowledge of HR compliance to ensure that the organization adheres to legal standards and regulations.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to mediate and resolve workplace disputes amicably and efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide guidance on employee-related issues, ensuring solutions aligned with company policies.
- Administer HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate and manage in-house training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and manage employee performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and standards through ongoing awareness and monitoring.
- Facilitate conflict resolution meetings and support a harmonious workplace environment.
